New Mommy Samantha Steinke!!!

I can't wait to meet him!

This Friday I have decided to write about my cousin Samantha - or Sammie as we used to all call her!  We have so many good memories of spending time together as kids.  Camping in Waupaca, Christmas and Thanksgiving at Grandpa & Grandma's...

Even though I don't get to see Sammie as much as I would like to these days...I do love the time that we do get to spend together.  She is such a fun girl!  Always has a smile on her face.  This holiday season she has much to smile about...her new baby boy Grayson Nash.

What are you thankful for?

My healthy and beautiful baby boy, Grayson!

 

 

What is your worst habit?

Well it's no longer smoking thanks to having a baby (WOO HOO) so now I'd say biting my nails constantly.

 

 

What makes you laugh?

Watching people fall.  Best story was a (late 20's) man at Wal-Mart pushing his young (maybe 2-3) daughter in a cart out in the parking lot and thought he would be a 'cool' dad and jump up on the cart to 'ride' it. Well he ends up flipping the cart, falling on his hands and knees. His daughter was stuck in the seat still.  A Wal-Mart employee had to come and help her out and help him up.  She wasn't hurt thankfully but you could tell he felt like a complete dumb*ss :-)

 

 

Who is your best friend?

Katie Salzmann (24 years)

 

 

 

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Still trying to figure that out but until I do, I will keep living the dream at the insurance company.

 

 

What has been your hardest decision in life?

It would have to be figuring out where I want to live. We probably won't stay here in WI forever but I'm very happy living here now.

 

 

 

What is the nicest compliment someone has ever offered you?

I've been told that I am very dependable, always willing to be there and do things for people.

 

 

 

What is your happiest childhood memory?

Happiest childhood memory would have be to our family vacation on Amtrak to Colorado for my brothers soccer tournament and then onto Seattle for my Aunt's wedding.

 

 

 

What are you doing at 5:00 pm?

Probably feeding or changing Grayson's diaper.

 

 

What is something you believe in?

Ghosts/Spirits.

 

 

 

What is the best advice you have to give people?

Never live with regrets.

 

 

What is your favorite holiday and why?

Fourth of July...Summer time, Fireworks, Family, Food, Drinks, Patriotic Music

 

 

What is your favorite possession?

Hmm...maybe Grayson?! :-)

 

What is something on your mind lately?

Is Gray getting enough to eat? Is he going potty enough? When do I get to sleep? :)
