A Letter to our Daughter

Dear Reese Marie,

Only 34 more days until Mommy & Daddy get to meet you!  We can't tell you how excited we are to finally see what you look like, touch your tiny hands and feet and kiss your sweet face.  We have been waiting 35 long weeks already!  You have lots of other people who are very excited to meet you too!  There is no question, you will definitely be a very loved little girl!  You room is all ready for you - and we also have plenty of really cute little outfits, headbands & leg warmers to put you in also!  You got a lot of these clothes from Mommy's best friend.  Miss Emma was very generous with all of her clothes!  You are a year younger than Emma.  You also got a lot of clothes from one of Mommy's other really good friends - Miss Bella (2 years older than you) didn't mind sharing with you!  Also - Mommy is really excited because you are going to be only a few months older than Mommy's best friend from preschool's twin baby girls!!!  You will have plenty of little friends waiting to play with you!!!

Mommy just wanted to write you a letter and let you know how excited Mommy & Daddy are for you to get here.  We might not know exactly what we are doing but we will definitely be loving you to pieces :)  

We talk to you every day and we feel you kicking Mommy's belly all the time!!!You also like to get stuck up under Mommy's ribs and that doesn't feel too good but it's okay, I know it is getting kind of cramped in there!  

Mommy is secretly hoping that you have red hair like her but if you don't we will love you all the same!  

P.S. Don't tell anyone this but we know Christmas will be here in a short 2 days but all we can think about is you being born!  We can't wait to meet you and start showing you off to everyone!

P.P.S. I am sorry if the cappuccino caffeine boost made you a little hyper yesterday but Mommy really enjoyed it!
