I am still alive!!!

I have not forgotten about my little blog!  If there is anyone left still reading...you probably know how crazy things have been lately!  Shaun started his new job at Condell on July 5th, we moved out of the house on August 6th and I started working with my parents a couple of weeks ago.  All in all the move went pretty well - no major mishaps.  It was kind of bittersweet moving all of our things out of our house.  I wanted to move up north but it was kind of sad to leave our little house in Pekin!  We have so many good memories in that house.  We built a fence (thank you Curtis), Shaun re-did the bathroom, we brought Buddy Bear home, we got engaged, had many family and friend gatherings & started our family in this little house! 

There is no way that we could have done this without everyone's help. 

Thank you Harold & Shirley for saving all of those newspapers for me.

Thank you Tracy for getting us all the moving boxes.

Thank you Mickey for helping me pack up the kitchen and many other boxes.

Thank you Curtis for coming down to Pekin to help bring a load up in the work van.

Thank you Dad for coming down to help us load up and move.

Thank you Rick, Mickey, Doug and Blake for helping us get everything into the moving truck.

Thank you Ryan & Joelle for helping us unpack the van on Friday night.

Thank you Colin, Tracy & Dad for helping us put everything into storage. 

Thank you Mom for making room for us in your house and for helping me unpack after you had walked 60 miles in the 3-Day Walk for the Cure!

Since there is no way that I could possibly catch everyone up with the last 6 weeks or so since I last blogged, here are some of my favorite pictures from the last few (ok 6) weeks!


 

That about wraps up the last 2 months in pictures!  Now that we are settled up here, I don't plan on going so long between blog posts! 

Tomorrow morning we are headed up to Manawa WI for a Hoeft Family reunion.  If will be so nice to see my family up in Wisconsin!  It has been too long.  Hope that the weather is good!
