So...the morning started out good, went to the gym, had a decent work out, was on time getting in the shower. and then...
1. I realized while on the treadmill that I forgot all of my jewelry...earrings, wedding ring...all of it. Oh well - not that big of a deal right???
2. Then my skirt would not zip up AT ALL so, being the prepared/organized person that I claim to be I had some safety pins in my purse...yes!!!! Took me about 15 minutes...no joke...to fix my skirt. So I finally get that taken care of!
3. Then I could not find my eye shadow brush so instead I used my finger to put my eyeshadow on...that is annoying...then on my way out of the gym I find my eye shadow brush on the floor...ewwwww...so do I throw it away because that is kind of gross, or do I take it home and clean it because it is my favorite eye shadow brush ever??? I think I will wash it...
4. Then while getting in my car, I about fell over because my broken pencil skirt is so tight at my knees that I can't even get into my new big girl SUV...(note to self : when wearing tight pencil skirts keep both legs together, get your butt up in your seat and then swing your legs into the car) good thing no one saw that....I hope :)
5. Then I finally get to work thinking...this craziness better be over and this one isn't really so bad and I hate to end with it but this is all I got...thank goodness. I go to fill my water bottle up and the water is all out...so I have to bend down again (in my tight pencil skirt) and lift the 5 gallon jug of water to replenish the water supply. I thought for a second about letting the next person do it....but then quickly thought no Lauren, just do it yourself :)
So...that about sums up my morning...I am not complaining only sharing my funny/annoying/entertaining (if you aren't me) morning!!!
P.S. I think I am done wearing tight pencil skirts......even if they do look good!!!! :)
